DESCRIPTION:Who: Junior & Intermediate members\, Senior members who would like to be a Youth Leader What: This is a Junior and Intermediate winter camp experience that will spark the members imagination and build confidence\, independence and communication skills. Seniors will have the chance to hone their leadership skills plus participate in activities. Where: Camp Horizon\, 1Horizon Road\, Bragg Creek\, Ab When: Friday January 3\, 2025 to Sunday January 5\, 2025 Cost: $125/member\, $35 Youth Leader Payment is accepted by e-transfer or by cheque. To pay by e-transfer: Please note who you are paying for – first and last names(s) of the participants(s). Please note as well that you are paying for Winter Bonanza. E-transfer to: calgaryregional4hcouncil@gmail.com To pay by cheque: Payment must be postmarked by December 2\, 2024. T4H 0H8 Please ensure that you note on the cheque the first & last name of the participant(s) and that you are paying for Winter Bonanza Camp. \nHow to Register: \n\n\nSign in to your online profile at https://www.4habregistration.ca/signin \n\n\nClick on the ORANGE button “Update your profile” You must complete the waiver found at the bottom of the page\, under your emergency contacts. \n\n\nEnsure your information\, including your email and the guardian email is correct \n\n\nEnsure that you have completed the medical information fields \n\n\nClick on the green “Programs” button at the top of your page \n\n\nLook for the program called “4-H Calgary Region Winter Bonanza Overnight Camp” (for Juniors & Intermediates only) or “SENIOR YOUTH LEADERS 4-H Calgary Region Winter Bonanza Overnight Camp” (for Seniors/YLEAD only) and click on the title \n\n\nClick on the “Register Now” button and it will take you to the next page. \n\n\nComplete all fields including the Allergies\, Intolerances and Preferences section \n\n\nClick on the green button at the bottom “Proceed to Summary”.  \n\n\nYou will be taken to the Program Registration Summary page. This will show the registration fee of $125. Scroll to the bottom of the page \n\n\nClick on the green button “Confirm Registration”.  \n\n\nYou will now be taken to the Program Confirmation Page and it gives you a confirmation number.  \n\n\nYou can print this page (see printer button top right) or you can look to the left under “Confirmations”. Here you will see an orange button with the date and time you just completed the registration. It has the first numbers\, before the hyphen) you will see beside the top of the page “Program Confirmation”. \n\n\nClick on this and it will open your confirmation page. Orange means that your registration is pending. Until payment is received\, it will stay as pending. Once your payment has been received\, we will confirm your registration and the colour will change to blue. If it is red\, it means your registration was declined. \n\n\nPlease note you will receive an email once your registration is complete and in pending. You will receive another email once your registration is confirmed (after payment has been received). If you did not receive the confirmation email or see a receipt on your profile\, it means you are NOT registered for this event. \n\n\nNew to 4-H and don’t have an online account yet? No problem – you can register as a guest. Contact your Area Coordinator to receive the guest link. Registration closes December 2\, 2024.
