Please note that the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of 4-H ALBERTA will be held as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

DATE:<\/b>\u00a0 Saturday, June 21, 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

TIME:\u00a0 10:30 to 12:00 p.m. MDT<\/b><\/p>\n

LOCATION:\u00a0 <\/b>Lacombe Memorial Centre and via Zoom Meeting<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of the meeting is to:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Approve the Minutes of May 25, 2024 Annual General Meeting;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2024;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Elect Slate of Directors;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Appoint the Auditors for 2025 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Bylaw amendments approval.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
