During her time in this role, she worked closely with Bianca von Nagy, Director of Business Development, contributing to the growth and strength of 4-H Alberta\u2019s partnerships and sponsorships.<\/span><\/p>\n With Bianca\u2019s departure to pursue new opportunities, Karina steps confidently into this senior leadership position. Her strong relationships with 4-H Alberta\u2019s stakeholders, sponsors, and donors ensure a smooth transition and continued momentum in development initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n Karina brings a wealth of experience in the non-profit sector, having held development roles at organizations such as STARS and the Calgary Zoo.
