Please note that the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of 4-H ALBERTA will be held as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

DATE:<\/b>\u00a0 Saturday, May 27, 2023<\/span><\/p>\n

TIME:\u00a0 10:30 to 12:00 p.m. MDT<\/b><\/p>\n

LOCATION:\u00a0 <\/b>4-H Centre and via Zoom Meeting<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The purpose of the meeting is to:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Approve the minutes of June 11, 2022 Annual General Meeting;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2022;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Appoint the Auditors for 2023 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Bylaw amendments approval.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The AGM will also be presented on Facebook Live on the 4-H Alberta Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n
