*Please note: There are two separate methods of registration for 4-HOP, and every member must complete both. All members must register through the online registration system (ORS) for accreditation and on Showman, which will be circulated via email to each member. Be sure to talk to your General Leader about the projects you wish to participate with so they can verify registration.
- Read the 2026 4-H on Parade General Rules and 2025 Exhibitor Agreement before you begin the registration process
- Sign in to your online profile at https://www.4habregistration.ca/signin
- Click on the orange button “Update your profile”
- Ensure your information, including your email and the emergency contact email & phone number is correct.
- Ensure that you have completed the medical information fields
- Click on the green “Programs” button at the top of your page
- Look for the program called “Calgary Stampede 4-H on Parade 2025” and click on the title
- Click on the “Register Now” button, and it will take you to the next page.
- Complete the Declarations.
- Complete the Allergies, Intolerances and Preferences section.
- Click on the green button at the bottom: “Proceed to Summary”.
- *You will now be taken to the Program Confirmation Page, which will give you a confirmation number. You can print this page (see printer button on the top right), or you can look to the left under “Confirmations,” and you will see an orange button with the date and time you just completed the registration. Click on the orange button, and it will open your confirmation page.
