Notice of Annual General Meeting by
Electronic Means
Please note that the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of 4-H ALBERTA will be held as follows:
DATE: Saturday, June 21, 2025
TIME: 10:30 to 12:00 p.m. MDT
LOCATION: Lacombe Memorial Centre and via Zoom Meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Approve the Minutes of May 25, 2024 Annual General Meeting;
- Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2024;
- Elect Slate of Directors;
- Appoint the Auditors for 2025 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration.
- Bylaw amendments approval.
